Hi, I’m Liz.

I’m an RN and IBCLC with over a decade of experience helping families navigate feeding challenges that don’t have easy answers, especially around oral dysfunction and ties.

I also know this work from the parent side. Feeding my own babies was harder than I expected, and sorting through conflicting advice and unclear plans was overwhelming. That experience shapes how I care for families today: with thorough assessment, clear guidance, and support that adapts as feeding unfolds.
