ABOUT LIZ

LIZ LEVY, RN, BSN, IBCLC

Whether you're preparing for what's ahead or feeding has already been difficult,
you're in the right place for clarity, confidence, and real solutions.
I can help with most breast feeding and bottle feeding challenges, but I specialize in babies who need more than a basic latch check and families who want thorough, unhurried support from a lactation consultant who knows them and their family. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with almost 7 years of NICU experience and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 10 years in private practice, I provide expert, detail-oriented, and results-driven care for families navigating complex issues like oral dysfunction, lip and tongue ties, persistent pain, bottle refusal, and more. Most generalized lactation consultants aren't trained for this level of depth - and that's where I come in.

I began this work after seeing families struggle with issues that were not easily solved. They were offered quick fixes when what they really needed was thorough, individualized care that addresses the root cause and adapts as feeding changes. I’ve also experienced these challenges personally. Both of my babies had oral ties and feeding wasn’t always straightforward. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate conflicting advice and figure out what actually works for your baby.

I have trained with some of the leading oral habilitation experts from across the country, learning how to assess and support functional feeding, and built a practice that goes beyond symptom management. I don’t just help babies feed. I help them establish the functional skills they need to thrive.

My mission is simple: help you feed your baby with less stress, more confidence, and long-term success. Every baby and family is unique, which is why I create care plans tailored to your needs, your goals, and your lifestyle. I'll be there to support you every step of the way!
