Prenatal office visit
We’ll walk through a personalized breastfeeding “class,” review pump flange sizing, and create an immediate postpartum feeding plan that fits your goals. You’ll also have text support from this visit until your baby arrives to ask all those last minute questions. Three early postpartum home visits
I’ll come to you in those early days to assess feeding, help with latch and positioning, and make sure things are on track.
Two postpartum office visits
Ongoing follow ups to assess progress, adjust the plan, and support you through growth spurts, challenges, and transitions, like returning to work.
Up To Two Virtual Visits
Perfect for quick check-ins or troubleshooting. Great for discussing things like milk supply, plans for returning to work and transitioning to daycare, preparing for introduction of solids, normal expectations for feeding an older infant, etc. You can also convert virtual visits into additional office visits for a small fee. Unlimited Text Support
Send me questions or updates anytime with secure messaging. You get a direct line to an IBCLC who already knows your baby’s history. Personalized supply kit
Includes a personally-fitted pump flange set, a bottle chosen for your baby’s specific needs, and an IBCLC-approved pacifier (approx. $60 value). Additional recommended items (like hydrogel pads, syringes, nipple shields, etc.) are provided as needed. Provider referral list
If you need additional support from bodyworkers, oral function providers, or pediatric specialists, you’ll get a curated list based on your baby’s needs. Resources library access

Infection control policy:
- I am up to date on all vaccinations but do not require vaccinations for clients or their families.
- Masks are not required for any clients. If you would prefer me to wear a mask during your consult, please simply ask.
- All surfaces in the office are disinfected between clients and an air purifier is running at all times.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you, your baby, or anyone in your household is currently sick.

Payment Policy:
- I accept payment in cash, check, or debit/credit card (including HSA/FSA cards)
- Payments must be received at or before the time of service.
- Payment plans are available for out-of-pocket paying clients with a valid credit/debit card on file - just ask at booking.
- Unused visits from packages are not eligible for refunds.
- I cannot bill insurance directly and am not in-network with any insurance plans (unless you have coverage through Wildflower), however I can give you a coded receipt to submit to your insurance provider or medical cost share plan for potential reimbursement, should you wish to do so. Reimbursement depends on your specific insurance provider/plan and is not guaranteed.
