Meet Me- Liz Levy, RN, BSN, IBCLCI began my professional career in 2010 as a nurse in a level 3 NICU in Kansas City and quickly developed an interest and passion for helping families with breastfeeding. I became an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) in 2014. After six and a half years as a nurse, I left my hospital job to establish my private lactation consultation practice full time.
In addition to my conventional lactation training, I have completed training in oral dysfunction, oral habilitation, and oral tie management. I also have personally experienced breastfeeding difficulties followed by successful outcomes with my own two children, who each struggled with tongue, lip, and buccal ties.
